Marinated Lemon Balsamic Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

2 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 small pinch (~1/16tsp) of sea salt (optional; skip the salt for a lower sodium meal)

cracked black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a shallow bowl or plastic zipped bag. Let marinate in a refrigerator for 6+ hours.

Grill chicken until fully cooked through.
