Sweet Watermelon-Feta Salsa

Cool down at your next summer cookout with this sweet & juicy salsa with a kick of salty-cheesy flavor and a hint of fresh basil. Serve with pita chips, as a side dish, or even as a topping on your salad or meat!

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced watermelon

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

  • Juice of 1 large lemon

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then serve!
