There’s no better way to start off the day with a sweet, fruity smoothie next to your sweetheart ... and the best part? It's filled with beneficial vitamins, minerals, protein, & fiber to start the day on the right foot!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen cherries

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1.5 cups 100% cranberry juice (you can also choose a cranberry juice that is blended with another fruit juice, such as cranberry-raspberry, cranberry-cherry, etc… just make sure it is 100% juice with no added sugar)

  • 1 whole beet, raw or cooked (try Love Beets! They are perfect to toss right in the blender without the mess of washing and peeling a fresh beet)

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Add frozen fruit, beet, and fruit juice to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add yogurt, flax, and chia seeds. Blend until combined, then serve immediately.
