Warm Sunbutter & Berry Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a very high fiber breakfast option and is great for promoting healthy digestion and can even help lower blood cholesterol levels. Try topping your hot oatmeal with a creamy sunbutter to get a warm and melted boost of flavor in your breakfast to start the day off right! The cranberries give this breakfast bowl a crunchy burst of tart flavor to make those taste buds jump for joy, and they provide a ton of antioxidants to help prevent disease and keep you healthy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup 1% milk

2 Tbsp creamy Sunbutter

1/8 cup blackberries

1/8 cup fresh cranberries

2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Preparation:

Combine oats and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 2 minutes (or until hot and most liquid has been absorbed), stirring halfway through.

Add Sunbutter and combine with oats.

Add berries and walnuts and lightly combine. Serve warm.
