Spicy Sriracha Yogurt Dip

Try this spicy dip with veggie sticks, crackers, or pita chips as a healthy snack or an appetizer for your next get together! Using Greek yogurt bumps up the protein and you can whip it up in just a couple of minutes!

 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • ~5oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce

  • 2 tsp dried parsley

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with veggie sticks for the perfect carb & protein combination snack!
