Easy Sautéed Collard Greens
Servings: 2
Ingredients:

1 large head of fresh collard green leaves, washed, dried, and chopped (remove hard stems)

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
4-6 cloves of fresh garlic (depending how much you like), crushed

small sprinkle of salt
-
pepper to taste
-
small sprinkle of crushed red pepper
Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-heat.
2. Add garlic cloves and let sit for approximately two minutes.
3. Add collard greens, salt, and pepper. Sautée until greens shrink down and are wilted, approximately 8-10 minutes.
