Quick Buffalo Dip
Satisfy your 'buffalo' craving with this reduced fat spicy buffalo dip! This makes a great appetizer for any type of party, or even a spicy snack paired with some fresh veggie sticks to bring to work or school.

Ingredients:

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened

12 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup buffalo sauce

1 tsp chili pepper spice

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup scallions, chopped (optional)
Preparation:

Combine cream cheese and yogurt in a medium sized bowl using an electric mixer. Add buffalo sauce and combine until creamy.

Add chili pepper spice and garlic powder, then combine.

Top with chopped scallions prior to serving. Enjoy with veggie sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers!
