Banana Icecream
Try this super easy alternative to a typical ice cream to cut back on saturated fats and processed sugars. Freeze the bananas ahead of time to keep on hand when you feel that ice cream craving sneaking up on you. Add different flavored pure extracts to make your own flavored ice cream, or try other healthy toppings such as nuts or fresh diced fruit!
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

1 large banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen

1/3 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Add banana and almond milk into a blender and blend until smoothh.
2. Top with chocolate chips and enjoy your guilt-free dessert!
