Easy Grilled Haddock with Quick Lemon Dill Sauce

Think fish is too hard to make? Don't know where to start to get your omega-3's for you day? Try this super easy grilled haddock recipe for a delicious, heart healthy dinner with tons of fresh, crisp flavor!

 

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound haddock filet

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 large sprigs fresh dill, chopped (about 2-3 tablespoons)

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare grill and turn on to medium-high heat.

  2. Place fish filets on a sheet of tin foil with the edges folded upwards. 

  3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and dill. Brush sauce combination over the fish filets in the foil. Top fish with cracked black pepper.

  4. Lightly cover fish with another sheet of tin foil and place on grill.

  5. Cook fish on grill until fish is fully cooked, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve fish immediately, top with any extra sauce and a lemon wedge.
