Creamsicle Yogurt Bowl
Start your morning with a kick of energy from this delicious creamsicle yogurt bowl that will take you back to your childhood days of eating creamsicles in the sunshine! 6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cara cara or navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp slivered almonds
Preparation:
1. Combine yogurt, flax, and chia seeds in a bowl.
