Creamsicle Yogurt Bowl

 

Start your morning with a kick of energy from this delicious creamsicle yogurt bowl that will take you back to your childhood days of eating creamsicles in the sunshine! This is a great breakfast a combination if you want something super flavorful that provides healthy carbohydrates, protein, and fiber to keep your energy lasting all morning long!

 

Servings: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cara cara or navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp slivered almonds

 

Preparation:

1. Combine yogurt, flax, and chia seeds in a bowl.

2. Top with orange chunks and almonds!
